This policy clarifies how digital products are delivered to customers purchasing courses and consulting services on our platform.
Digital-Only Delivery
All EPR Certificate products are digital. We do not ship any physical goods.
After successful payment, access credentials and onboarding instructions are shared through registered email and/or your user dashboard.
Delivery Timelines
- Self-paced course access is typically enabled instantly after successful payment confirmation.
- Live cohort and workshop access details are shared immediately, with schedule reminders sent before session start.
- Consulting kickoff details are shared within the timeline committed on your proposal or invoice.
Access Issues
- If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, check spam/promotions folders first.
- If unresolved, contact support with your transaction ID and registered email for fast verification.
